Coasters, Roller Skates, Roller Blades, Skateboards - <br /> Request for Referral <br /> <br /> Attached please find a proposed bill which would prohibit the use of coasters, <br /> roller skates, roller blades, and skateboards in the Downtown Hilo Commercial Area. We <br /> have attached a map that illustrates the boundaries of the proposed Downtown Hilo <br /> Commercial Area. (Source: Downtown Hilo Redevelopment Plan.) <br /> <br /> This bill has been prepared at the request of the Community Police Program and the <br /> Hilo Main Street Program.
