Committee on Public Works & Parks <br /> September l5, 1998 <br /> Page -2- <br /> Mr. David Yamamoto of the Wastewater Division informed Your Committee that the Hawaii County Code <br /> is not in compliance with State and Federal laws Mr. Yamamoto stated that a representative from the State <br /> Department of Health should come before the Council to present information regarding State wastewater <br /> regulations.
