DUTIES OF THE POSITION <br /> List each duty assigned to the position separately. Stick to statements of fact; avoid the use of vague of general terms. Give an estimate of the average amount of time spent in performing each major <br /> duty. If mores ace is needed, use a blank sheet and attach to this form. <br /> Show <br /> Performs clerical work in reviewing input/output data for accuracy and completeness; operates data entry % <br /> equipment such as computer workstation or video display terminal to input data from source documents; of time <br /> performs auxiliary operations on other equipment; and performs other related duties as required. <br /> A. 1. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Beacon Information and Assistance software program 15% <br /> through information gathering and inputting of information. <br /> 2. Receives source documents in numerous format submitted by programs and /or agencies. 10% <br /> 3. Screens the documents to verify the number of documents in each batch, and balances quantities with the 10% <br /> total reported on transmittal slips. <br /> <br /> 4. Reviews, audits, and edits the documents for completeness, error or omission of coded data and initiates 10% <br /> and takes appropriate corrective action. <br /> 5. Operates data entry equipment in inputting and verifying data from source documents. 10% <br /> <br /> 6. Input data in support of various computer programs that are a part of the HCOA data base system. 20% <br /> <br /> 7. Assist in the follow up and updating of client records. 10% <br /> 8. Develops data input formats and documentation for various applications; makes corrections and changes. 5% <br /> <br /> 9. May operate computer-related equipment as required. 5% <br /> <br /> 10.
