Yamashita, one of the fee simple owners of the Site. The <br /> Applicant or an entity controlled by the Applicant will lease the Site to the Applicant's medical practice <br /> business. <br /> <br /> 1.2 Project Location <br /> <br /> The Site is located in Waiakea, South Hilo District, Hawaii, along Kinoole Street where Lono <br /> Street intersects with Kinoole Street (between Mohouli and Lanikauila Streets) (see Figs. 1 and 2). The <br /> TMK is 2-2-023:009. The street address is 1276 Kinoole Street. <br /> <br /> 1.3 Statement of Objectives and Reasons for Request <br /> The Applicant requests rezoning from RS-10 to CN-10. The objective is to construct a small <br /> medical office building with the Applicant's business as the only tenant. The Applicant currently leases <br /> space. The proposed rezoning from RS-10 to CN-10 is consistent with the existing LUPAG Medium <br /> Density Urban designation. The Site is across the street from lots zoned Commercial Office and <br /> <br /> Background and County Environmental Report 1 <br />
