No. 1496/Bi11376 <br />PLACE: Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort and Spa <br />78-128 Ehukai Street <br />Kailua-Kona, HI 96740 <br />TIME: 11:22 a.m. <br />Council Chair and Members <br />Hawaii County Council <br />Hilo, Hawaii 96.720 <br />Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred Communication <br />No. 1496, regarding Bill 376, reports as follows: <br />Bill 376, transmitted by Director of Public Works Bruce McClure, via Communication No. 1496, dated <br />September 17, 2008 amends Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking at <br />any time), paragraph (c), South Hilo, subparagraph (127), of the Hawaii County Code,l983 (2005 Edition, <br />as amended), is amended to read as follows: <br />"(127) Pauahi Street, Puna side, [ - <br />~±fesHe+rand] from Kamehameha Avenue for a distance of two hundred <br />fifry feet in the mauka direction." <br />Council member Bob Jacobson made a motion on October 21, 2008 to postpone consideration of Bill 376 <br />until November 6, 2008..
