REQUEST: <br />Request Council's approval to abolish the Right-of-Way Agent position (00-04722) and create a Clerk III <br />position for the Property Management Division. The new Clerk III position will be funded by the budgeted <br />salary for the Right-of-Way Agent position once it is abolished. <br /> <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />In anticipation of abolishing the Right-of-Way Agent position, right-of-way duties were included in the position <br />description for the Property Management Specialist position.
