This new position will%provide <br />needed clerical support for activities related to easements, encroachments, acquisition and disposal <br />of other County properties as well as the fiscal responsibilities related to lease agreements. <br />Right-of-way responsibilities are currently being performed by the Property Management Specialist <br />position. Abolishment of the Right-of-way Agent position not impact the division's ability to perform <br />essential functions.
