DUTIES OF THE POSITION <br />List each duty assigned to the position separately. If more space is needed, use a blank sheet and attach to this form. <br />Duties Summary: Show <br /> <br />Under the supervision of the Property Manager, independently performs a variety of administrative, of time. <br />technical and clerical services for the Property management Division; may provide clerical and <br />administrative support to an advisory commission; performs other related duties as assigned. <br />1: Provides clerical and administrative support in connection with the acquisition, management and 40% <br />disposition of County real property interests, including coordination with escrow, request for <br />documents from the Office of the Corporation Counsel, and routing and tracking of documentation of <br />real property transactions. Updates master inventory of County owned fee simple and other real <br />property interests such as Governor Executive Orders, leases, easements, etc. <br />2. Provides clerical and administrative support in connection with the maintenance of the fixed asset 20% <br />inventory database for the County such as buildings, equipment, vehicles; furniture, fixtures, etc. <br />Maintains vehicle titles and effectuates equipment transfers and disposals as approved; manages and <br />maintains files in the division or department together with the preparation of periodic fixed asset <br />reports for various purposes. Assists division staff in the coordination of periodic dispositions of <br />County owned fixed assets and processing of appropriate documentation of transfers. <br />3. Performs tasks required for processing and reconciling financial transactions related to facilities lease 20% <br />agreements, division purchases, petty cash, travel, mileage, and reimbursements; monitors, verifies <br />and compiles expenditure information for budget planning purposes; drafts estimates for supplies and <br />equipment in required format for discussion and review with division head; proposes expenditures plan <br />for approval based on allotment; maintains divisions fiscal records and files; monitors accounts to <br />ensure funds availability; takes periodic trial balances. <br />Key: 1) The performance of this function is the reason that this job exists. <br />2) The number of other employees available to perform this function is limited. <br />3) This function is highly specialized, and employee is hired for special expertise or ability to perform this function. <br />4) Other evidence. <br />4.
