If mores ace is needed use a blank sheet and attach to this tone. - <br /> Duties Summary: Independently reviews, posts to, revises, and summarizes paper and electronic fiscal records and Show <br /> statements; compiles data and prepares reports; and performs other related duties as assigned. % <br /> of time <br /> Examples of Duties: <br /> 1. Primary assistant to the Sr. Account Clerk for all accounting, fiscal, payroll, and inventory matters. (1,2) 50% <br /> • Compiles fiscal data and prepares reports; <br /> • Reviews, posts, and prepares invoices for payment, prepares deposits and treasury receipts; <br /> • Posts to and maintains ledgers; <br /> • Classifies and codes expenditures, determines appropriate accounts to be charged; <br /> • Maintains subsidiary ledgers; <br /> • Maintains petty cash fund; <br /> • Makes adjustment entries and balances accounts; <br /> • Prepares periodic trial balances, reconciles balances, and prepares reports; <br /> • Obtains, compiles and tabulates data as needed; <br /> • Prepares and checks payroll; and performs other related duties as required. <br /> • Operates standard office machines such as the computer, calculator, fax machine, typewriter, 10-key, etc. <br /> 2. Maintains the Division's equipment and material inventory programs and inventory controls to comply with the 30% <br /> Department's requirements; and prepares for bulk purchases and the purchases of materials to meet the Division's <br /> needs. Analyzes records to prepare for bulk purchases. (1,2) <br /> 3. Performs cost accounting for special projects. Separate charges for manpower, equipment and materials. Prepare 10% <br /> documents for reimbursement billing. (1,2) <br /> 4.
