<br />. <br /> <br />." <br />, ' <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a grant condition for the PWTP, the EPA required <br /> <br />as a minimum that 75% of the homes and structures in Papaikou and <br /> <br />Paukaa must be connected to the pUblic sewer.
