Comm. 160: RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF THE MAYOR TO ENTER (Res. 59-09) INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF HAWAII DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH, PURSUANT TO HRS 46-7, FOR THE MENTAL HEALTH TRANSFORMATION STATE INCENTIVE GRANT; and (Bi1138) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 08-78, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2009 (appropriates revenues of $20,550 to the Office of Prosecuting Attorney's Mental Health Transformation -State Incentive Grant account, to be used for multi-disciplinary training to elevate the awareness, ability and response of the people who interact professionally with Severely Persistent Mentally Ill consumers) From Finance Director Nancy Crawford, dated February 19, 2009, transmitting the above resolution and bill.
