The Office of Housing and <br /> Community Development (OHCD) has requested, and I concur, that the <br /> attached Resolution be placed on the Council agenda for immediate <br /> action and be waived from the Hawaii County Housing Agency. <br /> Timely approval is crucial. The ARRA Law requires that the State <br /> obligate the ARRA funds to the County by April 15, 2009. It is <br /> therefore critical that approval is granted and the matter be placed <br /> onto the April 8, 2009 Council agenda.
