The Office of Housing and <br /> Community Development (OHCD) has requested, and I concur, that the <br /> attached Resolution be placed on the Council agenda for immediate <br /> action and be waived from the Hawaii County Housing Agency. <br /> Timely approval is crucial. The AREA Law requires that HUD obligate <br /> the ARRA funds to the County within 30 days from issuance of the <br /> CDBG-ARRA guidance.
