The Office of Housing and Community <br /> Development (OHCD) has requested, and I concur, that the attached <br /> Ordinance be placed on the Council agenda for 1" Reading and be waived <br /> from the Hawaii County Housing Agency. <br /> Timely approval is crucial. To ensure timely expenditures, the U. S. <br /> Department of Housing and Urban Development will require that all ARRA <br /> funds be spent in a timely matter.
