SECTION 4. Chapter 24, article 10, division 7, section 24-291, <br /> schedule 39 (2 hour parking meter zones), subsection (c) South <br /> Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by <br /> deleting the following item: <br /> [(9) Kekuanaoa Street, between Honu Lane and <br /> Kilauea Avenue.] <br /> SECTION 5. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material <br /> is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the brackets, <br /> bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 6. If any provision of this ordinance, or the <br /> application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br /> such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br /> of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br /> provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severableo. <br /> SECTION 7.
