The property is located on the east side of Palani <br /> Road adjacent to and north of the Kona Christian Academy, Honokohau 2nd, North Kona, <br /> Hawaii. <br /> <br /> The Commission concurs with the following Planning Director's reasons for recommending <br /> favorable consideration of the request: <br /> <br /> The applicant requests a five-year time extension to Conditions C (Water <br /> Commitment) and D (Final Subdivision Approval) of Change of Zone Ordinance No. 98 <br /> 08.
