BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Council action is being requested to accept and acknowledge a donation by Mr. Jack Clayton, Terminal <br />Operations Supervisor of Tesoro Hawaii Corporation, of fifty $20.00 Gift Cards. It will be used by the meals <br />on wheels program for all the volunteers that help deliver meals islandwide to our meals and wheels clients. <br />Mr. Jack Clayton and the Tesoro employees are donating these cards to help with the rising cost of fuel by <br />providing gas cards for our volunteers who deliver meals. <br />Estimated value: $1000.00 <br />Mr. Jack M.
