Section 14-36. Decision and order. <br /> Each decision and order adverse to the~etitioner shall be in writing or stated in the <br /> <br /> record and shall be accompanied bLseparate findings of fact and conclusions of law. The <br /> <br /> petitioner shall be notified delivery or mailing of a certified copy of the decision and <br /> order and accompanvine findings of facts and conclusions of law within thirty days from <br /> the close of the hearing. <br /> Section 14-37. Judicial review. <br /> Any_person aggrieved by the final decision and order of the hearing_officer may <br /> anneal such action in the circuit court in accordance with section 91-14, Hawaii Revised <br /> Statutes. <br /> Section 14-38. Public information. <br /> ~ The public may obtain information about matters within the jurisdiction of the <br /> department by inquiring at: <br /> The office of the county clerk. where there are on file all rules of the <br /> department: or at <br /> The office of the Hawaii County fire d~artment. <br /> Department files which are subiect to inspection by the public pursuant to chapter <br /> 91 Hawaii Revised Statutes, mar be examined upon request. <br /> ~ Inquiry may be made in person at the department's office during regular business <br /> hours or by submitting a request for information in writing to the fire chief. <br /> u Copies of the department'~ropo~,ed and final rules and all public records of the <br /> department are available upon pa} ment of the fees established by statute or coup <br /> ordinance. <br /> -21- <br /> <br />
