The bill would require proof of safety inspection <br /> documentation at the time of moped registration. <br /> <br /> County Vehicle Registration and Licensing Manager Lee Lord appeared before your committee <br /> and explained how safety inspections for bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles are handled.
