REQUEST: <br /> <br />Requesting authorization to transfer the SPF-SIG carry-over appropriation of $313,950 and the current year <br />appropriation of $750,000 to the Mayor's Office. <br /> <br />B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br />On behalf of the County of Hawaii and the previous administration, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office <br />submitted an application for and was awarded federal funds for the Hawaii Strategic Prevention Framework- <br />State Incentive Grant (SPF-SIG) by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Division of the Department of Health.
