<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> the COUNTY for additional services provided by the CITY under <br /> <br /> said Paragraph 1, shall be made within thirty (30) days after the <br /> <br /> date of billing for such services. <br /> <br /> 4. INDEMNIFICATION. The COUNTY shall indemnify and hold <br /> <br /> harmless the CITY against any loss or damage arising or <br /> <br /> proximately resulting from the COUNTY's negligent performance of <br /> <br /> the covenants, terms, and conditions of the agreement herein <br /> <br /> except where such loss or damage arises or proximately results <br /> <br /> from the negligence of the CITY. <br /> <br /> 5. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT. The term of this AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> shall be effective for a period of 60 (60) months, commencing <br /> <br /> <br /> July 1, 2009 and ending June 30, 2014. This AGREEMENT may be <br /> <br /> terminated by either party provided that six (6) months prior <br /> <br /> written notice is given to the other party. <br /> <br /> 6. DESIGNATION OF LIAISON OFFICER. The parties hereto <br /> <br /> shall, upon execution of this AGREEMENT or immediately <br /> <br /> thereafter, each designate a representative to act as liaison <br /> <br /> officer for the purpose of coordinating the work required to be <br /> <br /> performed pursuant to this AGREEMENT. Additionally, the <br /> <br /> designated liaisons shall form an advisory committee to provide <br /> <br /> input in scheduling core services and any additional services for <br /> <br /> each year. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 3 <br />
