Failure to provide the cost sharing required by this Article may result in the subsequent recovery by <br /> DOE/NNSA of some or all the funds provided under the award. <br /> <br /> 8. Recipients are expected to manage their indirect costs and fringe benefits. DOE will not amend <br /> an award solely to provide additional funds for changes in indirect costs and fringe benefits. <br /> DOE recognizes that the inability to obtain full reimbursement for indirect costs and fringe <br /> benefits means the recipient must absorb the under-recovery.
