These costs should be captured <br /> and summarized for each activating under the Projected Costs Within Budget: Administration. <br /> b. Recipients are expected to manage their administrative costs. DOE will not amend an award solely to <br /> provide additional funds for changes in administrative costs. The Recipient shall not be reimbursed on <br /> this project for any final administrative costs that are in excess of the designated 10 percent <br /> administrative cost ceiling. In addition, the Recipient shall neither count costs in excess of the <br /> administrative cost ceiling as cost share, nor allocate such costs to other federally sponsored projects, <br /> unless approved by the Contracting Officer. <br /> 10.
