BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br /> The lease on the copier currently in use will expire on February 9, 2010. The Office of the Corporation <br /> Counsel would like to obtain a new lease on a newer, faster copier that includes advanced technology such <br /> as scanning, scanning to email, networking, faxing, color copying and one that can incorporate our digital <br /> imaging software, Laserfiche.
