"full width" concrete sidewalks along the property's entire Kino' ole Street <br />frontage, replacing the existing planter area with concrete. <br />. removal of the existing driveway on Kino' ole Street and relocation along either <br />Kino'ole or Kamana Street, preferably on Kamana Street, at least 75 feet from the <br />intersection of Kino' ole Street and Kamana Street, in compliance with Chapter 22, <br />County Streets, of the Hawai'i County Code. <br />The applicant would like to retain the Kino' ole Street driveway for as long as the existing <br />structure is used as a residence. However, upon conversion to a commercial structure, the <br />driveway will be relocated to either Kamana Street or Kino' ole Street conforming to the <br />County Code. <br />26. Water: County water is available to the site from an existing 8-inch waterline within <br />Kino' ole Street as well as from an existing 6-inch waterline within Kamana Street <br />27. Wastewater: The proposed development will connect to the County sewer line. <br />28. Solid Waste: Solid waste will be handled by commercial haulers. <br />29.
