<br />cash balance reports fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of <br /> <br />each month. The final fiscal reports must be received by Agency <br /> <br />within sixty (60) days after the date this Contract terminates <br /> <br />or unless mandated earlier by Agency. <br /> <br />Records and financial <br /> <br />accounts <br /> <br />shall be retained by the Grantee <br /> <br />and shall be <br /> <br />accessible to Agency and the United States Department of Justice <br /> <br />for at least three years after Agency1s grant with the Bureau of <br /> <br />Justice Assistance is closed. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />final <br /> <br />drawdown <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />funds <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />be <br /> <br />recei ved by Agency no later than thirty (30) days after the <br /> <br />Contract terminates. <br /> <br />12. Any funds provided to Grantee under this <br /> <br />Contract which are unencumbered on the date this Contract <br /> <br />terminates shall be returned to Agency; all funds provided under <br /> <br />this Contract which are encumbered but not disbursed within <br /> <br />sixty (60) days after this Contract terminates shall be returned <br /> <br />to Agency. <br /> <br />13. Grantee shall submit progress reports as <br /> <br />required for the Recovery and Act funds to Agency during the <br /> <br />term of the Contract as stipulated under Part IV.
