<br />property purchased or acquired with funds received under this <br /> <br />Contract will be used for criminal justice purposes before title <br /> <br />In such property may vest in Grantee. Grantee shall submit a <br /> <br />certification to Agency within thirty (30) days after the date <br /> <br />this Contract terminates. <br /> <br />If a certification is not provided by <br /> <br />Grantee, title to any personal property purchased or acquired <br /> <br />with funds received under this Contract shall vest in Agency and <br /> <br />such personal property shall be delivered to the Agency in good <br /> <br />working order upon expiration or sooner termination of this <br /> <br />Contract. <br /> <br />D. PERSONNEL. <br /> <br />1. Grantee shall secure at its own expense all <br /> <br />personnel required to perform the services required under this <br /> <br />Contract. <br /> <br />All such personnel shall not be considered employees <br /> <br />of, or have any contractual relationship with the State of <br /> <br />Hawaii unless Grantee is otherwise an agency of the State. <br /> <br />2.
