Ey <br />Development Corporation, Hula Mae single and <br />multifamily financing; homeless shelter stipend <br />and outreach and emergency loans and grants. <br />In addition to above, there are grants such as the <br />Section 202 and 811 and Homeless Transitional <br />Housing Permanent Housing, etc... The County will <br />continue to assists and provide technical <br />assistance to organizations who are interested in <br />applying for these funds. The County will <br />consider leveraging projects utilizing these funds <br />if they are consistent with the State priorities. <br />SECTION 202. PROGRAM PRIORITY 1: To provide <br />affordable housing for elderly persons and <br />encourage independent or semi-independent living <br />with appropriate supportive services <br />SECTION 811 PROGRAM PRIORITY 1: Persons with <br />Disabilities Priority (mental, physical, and <br />developmental) - to provide rental housing <br />facilities and options for,the mentally disabled <br />population who do not need extensive hospital <br />care, but who needs 24-hour health care and to <br />increase the supply of supportive and accessible <br />housing for the physically disabled population. <br />Persons with Alcohol or Other Drug Addiction <br />Priority - to provide appropriate residential <br />facilities. <br />SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM PRIORITY 1: To address <br />.the shelter needs of homeless persons by providing <br />transitional/permanent housing. <br />SAFE HAVENS PROGRAM AND SHELTER PLUS CARE PROGRAM <br />PRIORITY 1: To address the shelter needs of <br />homeless persons by providing emergency shelter. <br />U 7 98 Consol/3-9-98 <br />
