Facilitation Services for the Implementation of the Sexual Violence Primary Prevention (SVPP) Plan - Hawaii County Scope of Services The Contractor shall complete the following Deliverables. If any specified activity cannot be performed due to unavoidable factors, a similar activity may be substituted by permission of DOH. Amount 1. Convene three meetings of the Hawaii County Stakeholder $5,400.00 Committee to work on capacity building and preparation for implementation of the SVPP Plan, coordinating with statewide implementation, at $1,800 per meeting. Provide the committee and DOH with meeting notes. Expand committee to include key members from groups identified in SVPP Plan strategies and activities 2. Convene three Topic Strategic Work Groups* on Hawaii to do capacity building and preparation for implementation. Conduct a minimum of three meetings per month, for three months, at $250 per meeting. Provide Work Groups and DOH with meeting notes. 3. Convene 5 Area Strategic Work Groups in [name location(s)] for a minimum of one meeting each, to work on capacity building and implementation preparation @ $250 per meeting.
