Crawford <br />Director <br />Deanna S.Sako <br />Deputy D,,ectc p <br />ci <br />CO <br />—C <br />Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year <br />for the lease of two (2) hook roll on /off trucks and six (6) roll on /off bins for the <br />Department of Environmental Management Solid Waste Division. <br />The County is in need of two (2) hook roll on /off trucks and six (6) roll on /off bins to <br />receive and haul refuse from the Miloli'i transfer station. A settlement agreement with <br />UPW requires that the County takes over this service no later than August 1, 2011. <br />Due to the size of the Miloli'i transfer station and the steep, narrow, and winding road, <br />the equipment used for other transfer stations is not suitable for this location. <br />If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Department of <br />Environmental Management. <br />- <br />Fn <br />c <br />Comm No. 7 +3 <br />Ref.
