There is an existing 1- <br /> inch service lateral to the property, capable of accommodating a 5/8 -inch meter, which is <br /> limited to a maximum daily usage of 600 gallons. Additionally, the 12 -inch waterline <br /> within Komohana Street is capable of providing the required 2,000 gallon per minute of <br /> water flow for lire protection. <br /> 21.
