NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> HAWAII, in accordance with HRS Section 46 -7, that the Mayor of the County of Hawai`i is <br /> authorized to execute, on behalf of the County, the Memorandum of Agreement with the Civil <br /> Defense Division, Department of Defense, State of Hawai`i (see Exhibit A attached hereto) to <br /> enable the County to formalize its collaboration with State Civil Defense in the Tsunami <br /> Evacuation Zone identification and marking processes. <br /> BE IT ALSO RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to: (1) Mayor <br /> William P.
