It is requested that finance committee be waived, and to have this addressed at the next council <br />meeting, as funds need to be appropriated by the end of the current fiscal year. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />The Hawaii Fire Department applied for and was awarded a grant under the Assistance to Firefighters Grant <br />(AFG) program.
