Hawaiian Telcom provides Wireless E911
connectivity services, repair, and maintenance to the departments' dispatcher public safety
answering point (PSAP) positions. This contract has a fixed rate of $2,315 per PSAP
position (11 positions) or $25,465 per month, for three years.
