SECTION 24- .I Waipio Valley Access Road. between the Waipio Valley <br /> Lookout and the Valley floor shall be closed to all Large capacity passenger vehicles and <br /> those vehicles which are not equipped with all wheel drive, <br /> SECTION 24- .3 Posting of Signs. The Department of Public Works is <br /> her eby directed to post signs on the Waipi'o Valley Access Road to advise the public of the <br /> prohibition in the Article. The language on such signs shall be determined by the <br /> Chief Engineer. <br /> SECTION 24- .4 yxcentions. This Article shall not apply to authorized <br /> emergency vehicles. <br /> SECTION 24- .S. Penalties. Anv person violating provision of this article or any <br /> person owning or having control of a vehicle who knowingly directs the operator of a vehicle to <br /> violate any provision of this Article shall be fined not more than $100.00: or for a second offense <br /> committed within one year after the date of the first offense. be fined not more than $250.00: and <br /> for a third or subseauent offense committed within one year after the date of the offense. be fined <br /> not more than $1.000.00. <br /> SECTION 3.
