SECTION 24- .I Waipio Valley Access Road. between the Waipio Valley <br /> Lookout and the Valley floor shall be closed to all Large capacity passenger vehicles and <br /> those vehicles which are not equipped with all wheel drive, <br /> SECTION 24- .3 Posting of Signs. The Department of Public Works is <br /> her eby directed to post signs on the Waipi'o Valley Access Road to advise the public of the <br /> prohibition in the Article.
