CAVEDONI & RONG HUA have submitted an application for a <br /> Change of Zone from Single - Family Residential 10,000 square feet (RS -10) to Neighborhood <br /> Commercial 10,000 square feet (CN -10) for approximately 9,678 square feet of land. The <br /> property is located on Manono Street, approximately 100 feet northeast of the intersection of <br /> Kekuanaoa Street and Manono Street, Waiakea House Lots, Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, <br /> TMK: 2 -2 -34: 82. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> 1. Request/Project Description: Change of Zone from RS -10 to CN -10 to construct a <br /> single -story 2,100 square foot professional office building for one to three tenants. The <br /> proposed commercial building will be used for the applicants' engineering consulting <br /> firm. Parking will be provided on -site. (Planning Department Exhibit 1 - Change of <br /> Zone application) <br /> 2. Timetable /Cost: The applicants intend to commence construction upon approval of the <br /> request, with the completion of construction projected in 2011. The cost of construction <br /> is estimated at approximately $450,000. <br /> 3. Number of employees: Approximately seven. <br /> 4. Landowners: Charles P. Cavedoni and Rong Hua. <br /> OTHER INFORMATION <br /> 5.
