In addition, Grantee shall prepare and submit <br /> to the Agency reports in such form and at such times as <br /> Agency or the Office on Violence Against Women may require. <br /> Grantee shall submit quarterly financial reports fifteen <br /> (15) calendar days after the end of each calendar quarter. <br /> Grantee shall submit monthly request for funds and cash <br /> balance reports fifteen (15) calendar days after the end of <br /> each month. The final fiscal reports must be received by <br /> Agency within sixty (60) days after the date this Contract <br /> terminates or unless mandated earlier by Agency. Records <br /> and financial accounts shall be retained by the Grantee and <br /> shall be accessible to Agency and the United States <br /> Department of Justice for at least three years after <br /> Agency's grant with the Office on Violence Against Women is <br /> closed. <br /> 11. The final drawdown for funds must be <br /> received by Agency within thirty (30) days after the date <br /> this Contract terminates. <br /> 12.
