13. Grantee shall submit progress reports as <br /> required for the Act funds to Agency as stipulated under <br /> Part IV. Attachments, Acceptance of VAWA Special <br /> Conditions. <br /> 14. If so required. by Agency, Grantee shall <br /> certify to Agency that any expendable or nonexpendable <br /> personal property purchased or acquired with funds received <br /> under this Contract will be used for criminal justice <br /> purposes before title in such property may vest in Grantee. <br /> Grantee shall submit a certification to Agency within <br /> thirty (30) days after the date this Contract terminates. <br /> If a certification is not provided by Grantee, title to any <br /> personal property purchased or acquired with funds received <br /> under this. Contract shall vest in Agency and such personal <br /> property shall be delivered to the Agency in good working <br /> order upon expiration or sooner termination of this <br /> Contract. <br /> 15. Grantee shall ensure that Thirteen Thousand, <br /> Three Hundred Seventy dollars ($13,370.00) are available as <br /> matching funds to provide the services under this Contract. <br /> Grantee shall maintain records which clearly and accurately <br /> show the source, amount and the timing of match <br /> contributions.
