Certification shall be included in Part IV of the Application <br /> for Grant. Grantee covenants that the representations made in <br /> the Debarment Certification are true at the time this Contract <br /> is executed and will remain true throughout the entire term of <br /> the Contract and any extensions, and that Grantee shall fulfill <br /> any and all terms and conditions set forth therein. <br /> 6. Prior to, or concurrently with the execution <br /> of this Contract, Grantee shall complete, execute and submit to <br /> Agency a Certification of Non - Supplanting, hereinafter referred <br /> to as the "Non- Supplanting Certification ". A copy of the Non - <br /> Supplanting Certification shall be included in Part IV of the <br /> Application for Grant.
