4. December 19, 2003: Effective date of Ordinance No. 03 -162 which amended Ordinance <br /> No. 91 -91; specifically, by amending Condition B (secure final plan approval), deleting <br /> Condition C (commence and complete construction), adding Condition K (historic trail) <br /> and amending Condition L (extension of time). The applicant, then Puaanui Partnership, <br /> requested the amendment to allow additional time to construct the proposed restaurant <br /> and related facilities.
