December 6, 2010 H 0 LVA LOA INN <br /> Ms. Bobby Jean Leithead Todd, Director <br /> County of Hawaii Planning Department <br /> 101 Pauahi Street <br /> Hilo, HI 96720 <br /> Dear Ms. Leithead Todd: <br /> RE: Time Extension/Amendment Request <br /> Applicant: Holualoa Inn <br /> Ordinance No. 91-91 as amended by Ordinance No. 03-162 <br /> Holualoa 1 and 2 nd , North Kona, Hawai'i <br /> TMK: (3) 7-6-008: Portion of 5 <br /> The applicant, Holualoa Inn, is requesting a time extension/amendment to complete construction <br /> of its proposed development and related facilities, which was required in Condition B of <br /> Ordinance No. 03-162. <br /> Enclosed are the following documents: <br /> 1. Twenty (20) copies of this letter and a completed change of zone application form. <br /> 2. A list of surrounding property owners within one thousand (1,000) feet of the property. <br /> (The property is zoned Agricultural, Resort-Hotel and Village Commercial.) <br /> 3. Real property tax clearance. <br /> 4. Filing fee in the amount of $500.00. <br /> PROPERTY LOCATION <br /> The property is located in H61ualoa Village on the makai side of the M51malahoa Highway <br /> (North Kona Belt Road) with a street address of 76-5932 Marnalahoa Highway. The entire 22+ <br /> acre parcel is identified by Tax Map Key No. 7-6-008:005 (formerly a portion of 8 and 10). <br /> (Figures I and 2) <br /> It should be noted that the commercial (CV) area covered by Ordinance No. 03-162 is limited to <br /> one acre.
