BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS <br /> NEEDED): <br /> Tess & Dave Wilkinson, owners of Big Island Alpaca Farm would like to donate three <br /> (3) Alpacas to the Pana`ewa Rainforest Zoo & Gardens for the petting zoo, public <br /> display and education. <br /> This donation has an estimated value of $30,000 and will be a wonderful addition to the <br /> petting zoo.
