I • I,I COUNTY OF HAWAII:: STATE OF HAWAII BILL NO. 210 ORDINANCE NO. 98 40 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 7; section 24-291, schedule 39 (2 hour parking. meter zones), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by deleting the following item: [(22) Waianuenue Avenue, Hamakua side, between the entrance and exit driveways into the Hilo High School grounds and fronting the Administration Building.] SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by adding by following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: Waianuenue Avenue, Hamakua side, beginning at a point one thousand three hundred twenty feet west of Kaiulani Street and extendingseven hundred fifty six feet in the westerly direction. SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring need not be.included. SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
