I • <br />I,I <br />COUNTY OF <br />HAWAII:: <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />BILL NO. 210 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 40 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 <br />(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 7; section 24-291, schedule 39 (2 hour <br />parking. meter zones), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is <br />amended by deleting the following item: <br />[(22) Waianuenue Avenue, Hamakua side, between the entrance and exit <br />driveways into the Hilo High School grounds and fronting the <br />Administration Building.] <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking <br />at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is <br />amended by adding by following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br />Waianuenue Avenue, Hamakua side, beginning at a point one thousand <br />three hundred twenty feet west of Kaiulani Street and extendingseven <br />hundred fifty six feet in the westerly direction. <br />SECTION 3. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be.included. <br />SECTION 4. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
