r � COUNTY OF HAWAIISTATE OF HAWAII ` �.,�i�W�-. � BILL NO. 198 � (Draft 2 ) ORDINANCE NO. 98 31 i AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5,. section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by by deleting the following item: [(135) Waianuenue Avenue, beginning at the mauka access to Rainbow Drive and extending two-tenths of a mile in the mauka direction.] SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is further amended by by deleting the following item: [(137) Waianuenue Avenue, Hamakua side, beginning at a point one thousand three hundred twenty feet west of the mauka access to Rainbow Drive and extending two hundred fifty feet in the westerly direction.] SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is also amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows L) Waianuenue Avenue both sides from the mauka access to Rainbow Drive to Waiau Street. SECTION 4. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. SECTION 5. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
