r � <br />COUNTY OF HAWAIISTATE OF HAWAII <br />` �.,�i�W�-. � BILL NO. 198 � <br />(Draft 2 ) <br />ORDINANCE NO. 98 31 <br />i <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5,. section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking <br />at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by <br />by deleting the following item: <br />[(135) Waianuenue Avenue, beginning at the mauka access to Rainbow Drive <br />and extending two-tenths of a mile in the mauka direction.] <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking <br />at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is further <br />amended by by deleting the following item: <br />[(137) Waianuenue Avenue, Hamakua side, beginning at a point one thousand <br />three hundred twenty feet west of the mauka access to Rainbow Drive and <br />extending two hundred fifty feet in the westerly direction.] <br />SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking <br />at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is also <br />amended by adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows <br />L) Waianuenue Avenue both sides from the mauka access to Rainbow Drive <br />to Waiau Street. <br />SECTION 4. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br />SECTION 5. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br />
