Masunaga <br />Deputy <br />This memo is being provided in response to the Department of Public Works memorandum dated <br />April 18, 2011, regarding an offer by the Foo 1980 Trust to donate TMK 7- 6- 017:083 to the <br />County of Hawai`i. Upon further research we have determined that Parcel 83 is landlocked; <br />however, mauka -makai and lateral access is present a few lots to the south.
