This parcel is what we are seeking to acquire for our Ali`i Drive Culvert Replacement <br />project. <br />2. The parcel is presently within Flood Zone VE and AE Floodway, as determined by the <br />FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map. <br />TMK: 7 -6 -017: 083 <br />1. The subject parcel appears to be landlocked. We need to verify, in the deed, if legal <br />access to Ali`i Drive exists. <br />2.
