BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, that in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13 -12 of the Hawai`i County Charter, the County of Hawai`i accepts the donation of Lot 8, situated at the southwest side of Kailua- Keauhou Beach Road, at Kahului 1st, District of North Kona, County and State of Hawai`i, identified as being Tax Map Key: (3)7 -5- 019 -025, consisting of 2,520 sq. ft., delineated on Exhibit "A" attached hereto from Wendell Kwai Sung Foo, Trustee of the Foo 1980 Trust Agreement, and Sue Ling Foo, Trustee of the Foo 1980 Trust Agreement, said donation is for the Ali`i Drive Culvert Replacement Project, and a portion of L.C.A. 7713, Apana 43, County and State of Hawai`i, identified as being Tax Map Key: (3)7 -6- 017 -083, consisting of 0.19 acres, delineated on Exhibit "B" attached hereto, from Wendell K.S. Foo, for public purposes. BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this resolution to (1) the Mayor; (2) the Director of Finance; (3) the Director of Public Works; (4) the Corporation Counsel; and (5) Wendell and Sue Foo, 4348 Waialae Ave., #5 -311, Honolulu, HI 96816.
