The Agreement is for High <br />Intensity Drug Trafficking Area (HIDTA) funded positions. <br />Your review and approval of the documents for FY 2012 is respectfully requested. If you are in <br />agreement, please sign page three of the Task Force Agreement; along with page two of the OJP <br />Form 4061/6 entitled "Certifications Regarding Lobbying; Debarment, Suspension and other <br />Responsibility Matters; and Drug -free Workplace Requirements" and return them as soon as <br />possible.
