BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br />Council Member Fred Blas has requested $450,000 to help fund the improvements of the Kahakai <br />Boulevard, Ka'ohe Road and Pahoa Village Road. The Planning and Public Works Departments <br />requests funding from the Geothermal Relocation and Community Benefits fund for these <br />improvements.
